Cancellations and Payment
Cancellation of registration:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB.
- Cancellation for registration will be accepted until July 22, 2010 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 300.
- We regret that no refunds can be made for any cancellation received after July 22, 2010.
Cancellation of hotel reservation:
Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB.
- Cancellation will be accepted until July 22, 2010 and the total amount will be refunded less an cancellation fee of 250 SEK.
- We regret that no refunds can be made for any cancellation received after July 22, 2010.
Cancellation of Social Events:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until July 22, 2010 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after July 22, 2010 we regret that no refunds can be made.

Change of Name:
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of SEK 300 will then be charged.
Payment
Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 0005 on all money transfers.
The Congress secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Full payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:
- American Express, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for all charges
- Transfer to SHB (Svenska Handelsbanken, Box 7190, SE-103 88 Stockholm, Sweden)

As from 3 weeks before the Congress we only accept credit card as payment.
Admission to the Congress is granted only if Congrex Sweden AB has received the Congress fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Congrex registration desk. Failure to produce this on request gives Congrex Sweden AB the right to charge the amount to your credit card.
